Our ultimate mission
It is to provide the most enjoyable customer service to all our clients. We strive hard to be your number one choice for all your beauty needs. Therefore, we would invite you to take some time to familiarize yourself with our Salon Policies to make sure you can make the most of your relaxing experience.
Late arrivals, no-shows, rescheduling and cancelation.
The last thing anyone wants when arriving at a salon for some well-earned pampering is to arrive for an appointment and to find out it is been delayed by 15 minutes or more because the previous client arrived late for their appointment. We respect all our clients’ time and kindly request everyone to arrive on time for their appointment. Should you be delayed for more than 15 minutes in arriving, and it is regrettably no longer possible to fully accommodate all your scheduled services, we reserve the right to either reduce the number of services or cancel it completely to avoid delays in the schedule for others. Cancelation done due to client being extremely late is considered as no-show and cancelation fee of 50% of the booking value will be applied.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 5 hours ahead of its start time (only salon’s working hours are considered during the calculation). Any cancelations or reschedules done in less than 5 hours are considered as a no-show and the cancelation fee of 50% of the canceled/rescheduled booking value will be applied on your next visit.
In case of a missed appointment, a no-show cancellation fee of 100% of the missed booking will be applied on your next visit. If you miss two or more appointments, we reserve the right to refuse any further services.
Quality guarantee & refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we are immensely proud of the quality of the work carried out by our technicians. To reflect this philosophy, Egoistka Beauty Salon provides a 10-days guarantee period on all the nail services we provide. Should a breakage occur, you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge. However, if any breakage or defect is caused for something other than an oversight in the application technique from our side or exceeds normal wear and tear - you will be charged for the nail repair service. We will be the final arbiter for this decision.
If you are not completely satisfied with any provided services, please let us know during your treatment. We are committed to making any needed corrections required to ensure you are fully satisfied with our services.
Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and must be availed before the expiry date. Partial transfer of packages/certificates is not permitted.
Salon Etiquette
We request everyone to be considerate to others and keep a noise level to an acceptable level to ensure a relaxing ambiance for all present. . In order to ensure that all our clients have the most enjoyable and relaxing experience possible, we have decided that the salon is for Ladies Only, and that children under the age of 14 are not permitted on the premises. Similarly pets are also not permitted at any time. Our staff have the right to refuse services to anyone behaving inappropriately or if their state of health may affect others.

In order to protect our staff, clients, and the community we have implemented the following policies to ensure your piece of mind:

Staff and clients’ temperature checks are performed regularly.

We have a mandatory disinfection period after each client where any used areas are thoroughly sanitized before allowing the next client to interact with the station.
